General booking conditions
1) The prices indicated on our website are inclusive of all taxes, our company is not subject to VAT
declaration.
2) Cancellation
The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days before arrival.
In the case of delayed arrival, early departure during the stay or no-show of the client, the total payment of the booked service is due regardless of the reason and without any recourse unless agreed by the owners.
3) Terms of payment
10% on booking
90% of the total 7 days before arrival
The management of the payment is carried out by our platform Amenitiz Pay.
4) The tourist tax are in addition of the price for the room (0,80 euros per person and per night)
5) A deposit of 400 € can be charges from your credit card in case of possible damage found following the inventory at the end of the stay.
6) If the customer does not show up before 11 pm on the scheduled day of the beginning of the stay, the reservation is automatically canceled and the owner can dispose of his room.
7) Additional services (meals, drinks, etc.) will be paid at the end of the stay or every 3 days for longer stays (in cash or by credit card).
8) The reservation of a room is established for a specific number of people, if the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests or refuse access, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid
11) Data Protection Act
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Under no circumstances will we pass on the information you have provided to us to other companies or organizations.
